The Beautiful Works, Inc. was founded by Satonya Baker of Miami, Florida. a luxury brand industry expert with 20+ years of sales, marketing, and brand management experience. Her leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for creating elevated experiences have kept her at the heart of billion-dollar industries. Satonya's ability to work magic behind the scenes has led to press-generating experiences, and her outside-the-box ideations, B2B sales, and project management experience earned her appointments representing global brands. In 2013, Satonya established The Beautiful Works, Inc. as an Experiential Marketing Agency; expanding into Commercial Property Management in 2019.

In the CRE space, Satonya sets herself apart by combining her brand management, hospitality, and luxury goods experience to market and manage properties with cultural relevance and historical significance. As a Certified Manager of Commercial Properties (CMCP), real estate asset management has been a perfect segue to expand her career. She is a change agent, steward, and disruptor to ensure economic equity stays at the forefront of the community. In 2021, as an agent of a key client, Satonya led the facilitation of a $1.4 M+ economic impact to minority-owned businesses in the local community.

For further legacy impact, Satonya is partnering with community leaders to create programs that inspire arts & culture with rich stories of heritage to the Black community. Preparing for release in 2023, Satonya is also the producer of a short film featuring a Black-owned building, adorned with cultural symbolisms meticulously purposed to tell a story of the plight and progress of Black people. Titled The Intention of Design-Building a Legacy, the film shines a light on the aesthetically rich history and architectural structure in Liberty City that was designed by a Black architect, and a Black design team.

Personally, or professionally, Satonya is intentional with all of her efforts, and has volunteered her time and services to various youth programs and organizations that fight homelessness, and promote Arts & Culture. As an influencer, she understands her responsibility to the community. In Miami, she has volunteered with the African Heritage Cultural Arts Center, which provides quality training in dance, drama, instrumental music, vocal music, media, and visual arts, and has also proudly served on the board of the Green Room Society at the Adrienne Arsht Center. She also previously served as a brand ambassador with Perez Art Museum's Fund for African American Art. Recognized as one of Miami's 25 Most Influential Women by Legacy magazine, as well as one of South Florida’s Most Prominent Women, Satonya was also featured in Modern Luxury’s MIAMI magazine Influencer “it” list and has received numerous awards within the Luxury Spirits industry

Her best achievement to date is being blessed to usher in a beautiful soul, her son, who is a visual artist with aspirations of becoming a filmmaker.
